DESCRIPTION

The Community Programs Department is seeking a motivated part-time intern to assist in implementing several administrative duties related to the Teen Academy program. The intern will assist in the day to day operations of the program including: answering queries from high school students and parents, updating promotional materials such as flyers, blog posts, and eblasts, archiving student images, maintaining student and alumni databases, updating comparative program research, and organizing and distributing supplies.

MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED

BA or BFA graduate/candidate in photography, education, or related field

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS

Applicants should be interested in building solid experience in youth program arts administration. Applicants should be organized, responsible, and detail-oriented individuals with photographic experience, computer skills, and an interest in taking on a responsible role in a fast-paced environment. Applicants should be comfortable working in close working quarters and a shared work space. Commitment to providing superior customer service is required.
